¡Hola! Soy Giselle, y me alegra muchísimo que estés aquí.
The Kind Shop nació del deseo de crear un espacio donde la creatividad sirva para compartir un poco más de bondad, empatía y valores. En un mundo donde el sarcasmo, la negatividad y la crítica parecen estar cada vez más presentes, quise construir un rincón diferente: uno que celebre la amabilidad, el apoyo mutuo y esos pequeños gestos que pueden hacer más bonito el día de alguien.
En el corazón de este proyecto está el UJUverso, un pequeño universo de personajes originales que diseño y dibujo, y alrededor de los cuales creo historias y composiciones digitales. A través de ellos exploro situaciones cotidianas y comparto mensajes sobre paciencia, empatía, amistad, esperanza, solidaridad y muchas de esas cosas sencillas que, a veces, necesitamos recordar.
Dentro del UJUverso también hay un espacio especial para la comunidad latina e inmigrante, con mensajes que hablan de comenzar de nuevo, adaptarse, perseverar, extrañar, pertenecer y construir una vida entre diferentes lugares y culturas. Pero sus historias están pensadas para conectar con cualquiera que encuentre en ellas un poquito de sí mismo.
Más que una tienda, The Kind Shop es la misión detrás de estas creaciones: invitar a tratarnos con un poco más de paciencia, comprensión y humanidad, y recordar que la bondad también puede multiplicarse.

Hi! I’m Giselle, and I’m so happy you’re here.
The Kind Shop was born from the desire to create a space where creativity can be used to share a little more kindness, empathy, and positive values. In a world where sarcasm, negativity, and criticism seem to be increasingly present, I wanted to create a different kind of space—one that celebrates kindness, mutual support, and the small gestures that can make someone’s day a little brighter.
At the heart of this project is the UJUverse (pronounced “oo-hoo-verse”), a little universe of original characters that I design and draw, and around whom I create stories and digital compositions. Through them, I explore everyday experiences and share messages about patience, empathy, friendship, hope, solidarity, and many of those simple things we sometimes need to be reminded of.
Within the UJUverse, there is also a special space for the Latino and immigrant community, with messages about starting over, adapting, persevering, missing home, finding a sense of belonging, and building a life between different places and cultures. But these stories are meant to connect with anyone who may see a little bit of themselves in them.
More than a shop, The Kind Shop is the mission behind these creations: an invitation to treat one another with a little more patience, understanding, and humanity—and a reminder that kindness can spread, too.
